Chocolate Chip Protein Oatmeal Energy Balls

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups Rolled Oats (can swap for quick oats or gluten-free oats)
2 Tbsp plain protein powder
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup stick liquid sweetener of choice (honey, agave)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If the mixture is too dry, add more almond butter. If the mixture is too wet, add more protein powder. It should resemble sticky dough that holds together when lightly squeezed.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set which will make it easier to roll.
- Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and shape the dough into balls.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freeze for up to 3 months.
