At AIM Human Performance, we begin with a thorough assessment and testing process to determine your baseline. It’s like checking all the parts on your car before you take it out for a long drive. From there, we create a customized exercise plan that takes into account where you currently are, any current issues, and your goals.
Exercises are then applied strategically and appropriately based on your structural anatomy, external forces on the joints, and your internal force generating capabilities. Our knowledgeable trainers ensure you don’t drive your car farther or faster than it can currently go! Proper form and progression are the keys to preventing injuries and breaking down.
Our goal is to build a stronger you so you can reach your goals and maintain an excellent quality of life as you age.
Exclusive Memberships
We understand the big box gyms are not for everyone. The uncomfortable stares, the sweat and germs, out of order machines, the intimidation. Leave that all behind and workout in a private gym that’s safe with top of the line equipment that’s clean, smells nice, and makes you feel comfortable. Pilates
We offer a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. This low-impact, safe workout is designed to develop muscular strength, control, and body awareness. Developed in the 1940s, this exercise method is appropriate for any fitness level from athletes to those rehabilitating from injury, as well as any gender, age, or body type. Pilates makes you feel stronger, stand taller, and develops your core strength. We are a comprehensive studio with a variety of pilates apparatus from the Reformer, Chair, and Barrels, to small props such as the Fitness Circle, bands, and balls.
The Pink Ribbon Program™
This Post-Rehabilitative Exercise Program is designed to enhance recovery for those affected by breast cancer. The program helps strength and stretch the shoulder, chest, and back allowing the patient to improve strength and range of motion to those areas most affected by breast cancer surgery, treatment, and reconstruction.
