Women's Self Defense 4 Week Course


Learn the basic and intermediate skills to protect yourself!

This 4 week course teaches both the basic introductory moves and the intermediate level skills needed to protect yourself from an attacker. Topics covered will include:

  • Situational Awareness

  • Escaping Various Grabs, Chokes, and Hair Pulling

  • Proper execution of various strikes

  • Knife Defense

  • Car and Home Strategies

  • Multiple Attackers

  • Falling Properly

  • Gun Defense and Active Shooter Situations

Class runs Saturdays from 2:00pm - 3:00pm on February 22, February 29, March 7, and March 14. If necessary, a make up class will be offered for inclement weather.

This course is taught progressively so each week's information will build on the next. In addition, each week we will review and practice the skills learned the previous week to build muscle memory.  

Cost is $80 per person for the 4 week course. Students who attend all 4 weeks will be permitted to attend any future introductory class or 4 week seminar again, for free, to review these skills.
