This 1-hour class will introduce you to the basics of how to defend yourself from an attacker. Topics covered include:
Situational Awareness
Escaping Various Grabs and Chokes
Proper execution of various strikes
This class is taught by first degree black belt and personal trainer, Chris Viggiano and his wife, Michelle. They have been teaching this course throughout Northern Virginia for the last 10 years and have helped educate many women on how to avoid becoming a victim. This class is for everyone.
Due to the close nature of this class, interested participants may want to consider bringing a friend or family member. To practice the moves, students will need to be in very close proximity to others. If you are uncomfortable partnering with a stranger, please consider asking someone to join you.
